End-to-end development of an operations management and operational safety SaaS for drone operators.
The challenge
Drone operators managed checklists, inspections and audits on paper and spreadsheets: no traceability, regulatory compliance risk, and hours lost to administrative work.
The solution
We designed and built CLUA from scratch: product, UX/UI, architecture and development. A SaaS that digitalizes the entire operation — checklists, inspections, audits and fleet control — with evidence and traceability at every step.
