Automation Diagnosis

Ninety minutes analysing how your company works, and a written report on the three processes costing you the most time, what can be automated in each one and what it costs to do it.

USD $450

Deducted in full from the investment if you decide to go ahead with the project.

What's included

A 90-minute session

We walk through your operation process by process: what is done by hand, who does it, how many times a week, and what happens when it breaks.

Analysis afterwards

Using what the session surfaced, we work out what current technology can automate, what it cannot yet, and what should be redesigned before automating at all.

A written report

A document that belongs to you, not a sales deck: the three highest-impact processes, the proposed solution for each and the estimated investment.

A delivery meeting

We go through the report together and answer your questions. You leave knowing what to do, even if you decide to do it without us.

How it works

  1. 1. Intro conversation, free

A short call to understand what your company does and whether the diagnosis makes sense for you. If it doesn't, we say so there and you pay nothing.

  2. 2. Diagnosis session

Ninety minutes, in person or by video call, with the people who actually know the operation. It matters that whoever does the work is there, not only whoever manages it.

  3. 3. Report delivery

Within the week following the session. We review it together and you decide from there: hire us, run it yourself, or leave it for later.

What you take away

The report is yours and carries no strings. You can execute it with your own team, with another provider, or with us.

  • The 3 processes consuming the most time today, with the reasoning behind each
  • The proposed solution for each one and the technology it requires
  • Estimated investment and approximate timeline per solution
  • Priority order based on expected return, not on what suits us to sell
  • What is better NOT automated yet, and why

Who it's for

  • Companies with processes that repeat several times a week
  • Teams spending hours moving data between systems or answering the same thing over and over
  • Businesses that are growing and finding that growth means hiring more people to sustain manual work
  • Anyone who already tried automating with scattered tools and got halfway

Who it isn't for

  • Companies without repetitive processes: if every job is different, there is little to automate
  • Anyone who only wants a price to compare against other quotes
  • Projects where what to build is already decided and only execution is needed — go straight to the proposal instead

Frequently asked questions

Why charge when other companies do this for free?

Because it isn't the same thing. A free commercial meeting tells us whether we can work together, and we hold that one at no cost anyway. The diagnosis is work: analysis, judgement and a written report that has value even if you never hire us. What is given away is usually designed to sell, not to help you decide.

What if I don't hire you afterwards?

You keep the report and can execute it with whoever you like. No lock-in, no exclusivity, and no clause claiming ownership over the ideas in the document.

How does the deduction work?

If you go ahead with any of the projects proposed in the report, the USD $450 is deducted in full from the first invoice. In practice, if you continue, the diagnosis ends up free.

Is it useful if my company is small?

It depends on repetition, not size. If someone performs the same task five times a week there is already something to work with. If you're unsure, the intro conversation is free and we'll tell you straight.

Do we need to have systems or software already in place?

No. We work just as well over WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets, which is how most companies actually operate. That is usually where the biggest margin for improvement sits.
